Will I lose subscription time during updates?


No, you will not lose subscription time during updates. Any time lost due to updates will be compensated by adding twice the amount of time lost. This compensation applies to all users with active subscriptions or subscriptions that were active during the update period.

Can I share my account?


Sharing your Frozer Client account is strictly prohibited under our Terms of Service . Account ownership is non-transferable, and all changes must be communicated to and approved by an administrator. Failure to adhere to these policies may result in an account ban.

Can I use my account on multiple devices?


No, your account can only be used on one device at a time. You can request a HWID reset with a 7-day cooldown period. Upon request, you will be prompted to provide a reason for the reset, which will be reviewed by an administrator.

Is multiaccounting allowed?


No, each user is only allowed to create one account. In case you need it under special circumstances, please contact with an admin on our Discord .

Can i change my username?


The only way to change your username is contacting with an admin and having an active subscription.

What are the payment methods?


Currently, we accept various cryptocurrencies, which you can find on the purchase process of our Shop . If you are looking for alternative payment methods, feel free to ask us on our Discord server .

Can i refund a product?


All products on our store are non-refundable, we will only refund if there is a problem on our side.

Can i test the product before buying it?


Currently, we do not offer testing of the products before purchase. However, on special occasions or during promotional events, we may provide free trials to all users.

What if my account is stolen?


In the event that your account is compromised, all activities associated with the account will be attributed to the owner unless the account theft is reported.

What if I suspect my account has been compromised?


If you suspect that your account may have been compromised, we recommend reviewing the Account logs for any suspicious activity. Additionally, as a security measure, you have the option to use the "Close All Sessions" button in the Account tab . It's important to act promptly to secure your account and, if needed, contact our support team for further assistance in resolving any potential security concerns.

What if I try to crack the software?


Attempting to crack or modify the software in any way is a direct violation of our Terms of Service . Any attempts to crack or modify the software will result in immediate ban.
